Can My Fitbit Data Make Health Care Better?
I first put a fitbit, a digital pedometer that tracks steps, calories burned, food intake, and other personal analytics data, on my wrist back in October. After some results from routine tests during my annual physical, my doctor informed me that my cholesterol was high. Stop the Glorification of Busy and Thrive
